RRRR – Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships

Respectful Relationships education is a core component of the Victorian Curriculum from foundation to year 12. At MVPS, we see it as an opportunity to develop a culture of respect and equality across the entire school community. The program supports schools to promote and model respect, positive attitudes and behaviours.

At Malvern Valley Primary School, we prioritise the importance of respectful relationships and the acceptance of everyone in our community. We believe that every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and included in and outside of school.

In our classrooms, our dedicated teachers teach RRRR through age-appropriate lessons and discussions. These lessons provide our students with the tools to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts peacefully, and celebrate the unique strengths of each student at MVPS.
