As the school gates close for 2020, Malvern Valley Primary School bids farewell to our Principal Joshua Sheffield who has taken up a position at Hampton Primary School. Josh has been instrumental in the implementation of so many improvement projects and programs at the school -- many of which are entrenched in our program every year now. The school community wishes him the very best in his new role.
Happy holidays to all our MVPS families and community supporters.

Thanks for all you’ve done at Malvern Valley, Joshua. It was a pleasure to work with you. Good luck in the new role.

Best wishes Josh for Hampton. Thank you for the great programs and work you have done at Malvern Valley over your many years here.

Good luck with your future position, I had the pleasure to teach Bike Ed alongside your good self and Gaylene (previous MVPS principal).

Pleasure to be a part of this lovely school under your guidance Joshua! All the best!

Best wishes Josh. Thanks for all your fine work for Malvern Valley Primary School.

Congrats Josh Gosh I remember the day you joined MVPS 👍🏼 Good luck for the future 😀

All the best Josh! Good luck at Hampton PS, I’m sure you’ll do great things.

All the best for your new role and thanks for listening to Tommys Stories!

Bye Mr Sheffield! Our loss is Hampton Primary’s gain 😀

Looks like a great time was had by all!!

Congratulations to our Grade 6 Graduates for 2020.
Our graduating students enjoyed dinner together in a room decorated by a parent committee before making their way onto the outdoor stage where families watched on from the oval as students were presented with their certificates and sang their farewell songs.
Extra congratulations to our 2020 Award Winners:
Japanese - Jessica
Sport - Sara
Performing Arts - Emilia

Great work and congratulations to all students graduating this year. 👏🏻

Great evening. Well organised by all involved. Proud to be sitting in the audience as a grandparent.

Congratulations to a wonderful group of students!

It's Emilia.

Loved it - well done to all who planned and organised it - thankyou!!! It was so nice to be back on the oval, didn't realise how much I missed it!

MVPS Skills for Life – Grade 5/6 Earn and Learn Program
Our 5/6s have spent this term learning about all aspects of business and marketing, money management and budgeting, and being a consumer. In small groups they have developed their own businesses and spent time each week developing their businesses and adapting to changing environments and situations. You can always count on the noise levels to increase, when each week they are ‘Open for Business’, selling their services and products within the classroom.

Well done 👍

Well done.

Take a walk down memory lane with our Grade 6 students. These community boards are located at the south east and south west corners of our school and pay homage to our Graduating Grade 6 students and their primary school journey from Prep. We would like to thank our Sponsoring Community Partner Ray White Real Estate Oakleigh for donating the boards.
