Orders

Malvern Valley Primary School has teamed up with AJ’s Bakery in Bentleigh to offer our students a lunch order option for Wednesday and Friday. The lunches are very fresh and are delivered directly to the school just before 11am.

All orders need to be placed via the online Qkr! app BEFORE 8am on the lunch order day. Cancellations can also be made via the app if it is before 8am. For orders and/or cancellations AFTER 8am on the lunch order day, please see below.

ORDERING AFTER 8AM

Parents are to call Tom on 0466 661 662 and order over the phone. Please be mindful that placing a lunch order is NOT guaranteed, and this method should only be used in emergencies.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER 8AM

Parents are to email ajbakery243@yahoo.com and provide the School Name, Student Name, Year Level and Order Details, requesting a cancellation.

If your child is absent from school on the day of lunch order, their lunch will be passed onto their sibling to take home, if they have one. If there are no siblings at the school, the lunch order will be passed onto any interested staff member/s, unless the office is notified before 11am. Parents are welcome to collect the lunch order from the office to take home.
